We are seeking a highly skilled Product Line Managerto drive the end‑to‑end lifecycle of our product portfolio. The Product Line Manager will serve as the strategic and operational steward of our product portfolio, bridging market insight, engineering excellence, and supply‑chain execution. This role demands a blend of analytical rigor and collaborative leadership to ensure that every new product and feature not only meets customer expectations but also delivers cost‑effective, secure, and manufacturable solutions. The Product Line Manager feature excellence across hardware, industrial design, and software, while aligning with market‑response requirements.
- Market-Driven Product Definition: Transform customer needs and competitive intelligence into clear product concepts and cost-competitive roadmaps aligned with FWA lifecycle and release timelines.
- End-to-End Feature Ownership: Own the full lifecycle of hardware, industrial design, and software features from initial customer request through final commercial delivery.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with R&D, business centers, security, industrial design, and supply chain teams to ensure technical feasibility, compliance, and production readiness.
- Risk, Cost & Supply Chain Management: Drive cost competitiveness, mitigate excess & obsolescence risks, support business case development, financial forecasting, and align order forecasts with supply chain capabilities.
- Commercial & Market Response: Support RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, engage directly with customers to capture requirements, and represent the FWA portfolio in executive meetings and customer workshops.
- Data-Driven Decision Making & Continuous Improvement: Maintain a comprehensive feature database for traceability, reporting, and informed roadmap decisions based on customer pain points and market insights.
Master in Electrical Engineering and MBA is preferred.
- Proven track record of leading cross functional product launches from concept through commercial release.
- Expertise in cost of ownership (COO) modeling and total cost of ownership (TCO) optimization for FWA and 5G/6G solutions.
Deep expertise in 3GPP (5G, 5G-A and 6G) and fundamental understanding in FWA networks and overall networking solutions
Excellent executive communication, presentation, and customer engagement abilities.
- Cross-cultural communication skills and a global mindset with fluent in English
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance for telecommunications equipment (e.g., FCC, CE, …).
- Strong background in supply chain risk management, including forecasting, excess and obsolescence (E&O) mitigation, and vendor qualification.
- Experience with feature driven development and agile/lean product management practices.
- Experience in customer centric design thinking and usability testing for hardware and software interfaces.
