We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Information Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Commercialization, this person will own and manage all product data across systems and ensure information is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to all internal stakeholders. This person will also optimize related processes and assist in project management activities for new product launches. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Product Data Management
- Own and manage product data across internal systems and warehouses, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Act as the central source of truth for product information including specifications, dimensions, ingredients, UPCs, claims, images, and copy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, and Finance) to ensure the timely and effective sharing of product data.
- Maintain product setup documentation and timelines to ensure readiness for retail and eCommerce channels.
Project & Launch Support
- Support project management for new product launches, including tracking timelines, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and ensuring data readiness.
- Assist in driving execution of commercialization milestones tied to data inputs and outputs.
Process Optimization
- Lead and support initiatives to streamline how product data is collected, managed, approved, and distributed.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data governance, standardization, and documentation practices.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for product information workflows and tools.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in product data management or project management, ideally within a CPG, retail, or food/beverage environment.
- Experience with ERP system (NetSuite) and project management tool (Monday.com) strongly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a proactive approach to solving problems.
Salary: $75,000-85,000 annually
Location: Remote or Hybrid (if in the SLC, UT area)
