The Product Experience Analyst combines business analysis with quality assurance responsibilities, ensuring requirements are testable and solutions meet business needs. This role bridges requirements definition and test execution, particularly for compliance-critical functionality.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Requirements & Test Alignment
- Review requirements for testability and completeness
- Translate requirements into test scenarios
- Ensure acceptance criteria are measurable
- Identify gaps between requirements and test coverage
- Support requirements traceability to test cases
Quality Assurance
- Design and execute functional test cases
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Validate compliance requirements are met
- Document and track defects
- Support regression testing
Business Analysis
- Support requirements elicitation and documentation
- Document business rules and process flows
- Assist with user story creation
- Support stakeholder communication
Compliance Testing
- Test regulatory compliance features
- Validate calculations and disclosures
- Support audit documentation
- Test data security and privacy controls
The Ideal Candidate:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field required
Experience:
- 2-5 years combined BA and QA experience
- Understanding of software testing methodologies
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with test management tools
- Excellent documentation skills
- Ability to bridge business and technical requirements
Specialized Skills:
- Experience in financial services, automotive finance, fintech, financial technology, or enterprise B2B software
- Knowledge of industry regulations
- ISTQB or similar QA certification
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar
- Familiar with AI tools such as CoPilot, Claude, or ChatGPT and AI prompting
- Experience with product management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Aha!, Productboard,
- Confluence, Lucid, Figma, and similar software tools)

The starting salary range for this full-time position in Greenwood Village, CO is $69800 - $87300 per year. This base pay will take into consideration internal equity, candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge and experience among other factors. Origence maintains a highly competitive compensation program. Under company guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual bonus to provide an incentive to achieve targeted goals. Bonuses are awarded at company’s discretion on an individual basis.
