Our client is a fast-growing software company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own product features from discovery through delivery, working directly with technical customers to turn their needs into shipped functionality. The role blends full-stack engineering with customer-facing technical support, and relies on AI-assisted development to move quickly.
What you'll do
- Work closely with technical customer teams to understand gaps and then design and build the solutions yourself.
- Own features end-to-end across frontend and backend, from discovery and prototyping to release and iteration.
- Support proof-of-concept work and post-sales success for larger accounts as a proactive technical partner.
- Turn customer feedback into reusable platform capabilities after solving the immediate problem.
- Use AI coding assistants daily as a core part of how you build and ship.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Daily, demonstrable use of AI coding tools in your development workflow.
- Strong product and design sense, with the ability to turn a vague request into a clear, shippable feature without a detailed spec.
- Comfort working with technical stakeholders such as engineers in customer-facing settings.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Python, with the versatility to build complete features spanning backend and user-facing layers.
- Experience shipping a product or project to real users, for example as a product engineer, forward deployed engineer, solutions architect or founder.
- Experience in a startup or fast-moving team with end-to-end ownership.
- High ownership and clear written communication, with a habit of closing the loop through concise recaps and next steps.
- Willingness to travel 10 to 20 percent of the time.
Bonus points
- Founder or entrepreneurial background, such as a startup or a side project with traction.
- Some experience with large business clients, or an appetite to develop it.
