Product Engineer (Junior/Mid)We are looking for a Product Engineer to help bridge the gap between product thinking and technical execution. In this role, you will contribute to building and improving digital products with a strong focus on user experience, rapid iteration, and solution validation.
You will work closely with a cross-functional team, collaborating with product, QA, and technical stakeholders to define features, prototype solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who is technically capable, product-oriented, and excited about leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and decision-making.

- Frequently conduct requirements gathering meetings with the client
- Collect and document all requirements in an organized structure
- Rapidly prototype solutions using modern tools, including AI-powered tools
- Present prototypes to the stakeholders, using material to refine requirements' definition
- Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation
- Gather feedback from users or clients and iterate quickly
- Contribute to improving product quality and user experience
- Support decision-making with a product and technical perspective
Requirements
- Academic background in a technical field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or similar)
- Strong product mindset combined with a technical background
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Interest to work more closely to clients, spending great time on meetings to collect requirements
- Experience or comfort with rapid prototyping
- Interest in or hands-on experience with AI tools (professional or personal projects)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Ownership mindset and collaborative attitude
- Advanced English level (for conducting complex product's discussions with international teams)
