About the Role:
The Product Director of Business Intelligence is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and delivery of reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions across Meduit's operating divisions. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring reporting products and data insights support operational performance, client needs, and organizational goals.
The ideal candidate combines healthcare revenue cycle expertise with strong product management and analytics experience. They will work closely with operations, development, and client success teams to define reporting standards, establish key performance indicators, and drive innovation through advanced analytics, anomaly detection, and predictive reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Business Intelligence products and analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs, gather requirements, and prioritize enhancements based on business value and customer impact.
- Manage and prioritize the Business Intelligence product backlog while balancing technical constraints, customer expectations, and organizational objectives.
- Partner with operations, development, and client success teams to ensure successful delivery of reporting and analytics solutions.
- Establish and maintain standardized reports, dashboards, and KPIs that support operational excellence across multiple business units.
- Develop reporting frameworks that enable cross-client benchmarking while supporting individual customer requirements.
- Identify and implement best practices, insights, and reporting innovations gathered from internal teams and client partnerships.
- Lead efforts to advance predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and proactive reporting capabilities that help identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Communicate product updates, roadmap priorities, and reporting enhancements to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Champion data-driven decision-making by delivering meaningful insights that support business growth and operational performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Product Management, or a related role within healthcare revenue cycle management.
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management metrics, reporting standards, and industry benchmarks.
- Experience managing product initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, development, and client-facing groups.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience translating business needs into actionable reporting and product requirements.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience leading enterprise Business Intelligence or analytics programs.
- Experience with predictive analytics, anomaly detection, machine learning, or advanced reporting methodologies.
- Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations and performance improvement strategies.
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms.
