We’re looking for:

We're seeking a passionate Product Designer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has experience designing intuitive, user-centered B2B software solutions. You'll work closely with our product, engineering, and customer success teams to create exceptional user experiences that solve real business problems for our customers.


You'll do:
  • Lead end-to-end design processes from research and ideation through prototyping, testing, and implementation

  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web applications

  • Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences

  • Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across the platform

  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand customer needs and pain points

  • Analyze user behavior data and feedback to inform design decisions

  • Create user personas and journey maps to guide product development

  • Work closely with customer success teams to gather insights from existing users

  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure feasible and high-quality implementation of designs

  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership

  • Participate in product planning and roadmap discussions

  • Establish and iterate on design processes and workflows

  • Maintain design documentation and asset libraries

  • Stay current with B2B SaaS design trends and best practices

  • Contribute to building a strong design culture within the organization

You have:
  • 3-5+ years of product design experience, preferably with B2B SaaS or enterprise software

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and successful product launches

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience with prototyping tools and basic understanding of front-end development constraints

  • Knowledge of usability testing methods and user research techniques

  • Understanding of accessibility principles and responsive design

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience working at early-stage startups or fast-growing companies

  • Background in designing complex workflows, dashboards, or data visualization

  • Familiarity with agile development processes

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge

  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions

  • Understanding of business metrics and how design impacts key performance indicators
