THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a Product Designer to own the end-to-end design process, from user research and problem definition to polished, production-ready UI.

You’ll play a key role in shaping both what we build and how it works, working closely with product, design, engineering, and clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys ambiguity, and is equally comfortable talking to users, facilitating workshops, and crafting high-quality design.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the end-to-end product design process: research → ideation → wireframes → high-fidelity UI → implementation

  • Lead user research efforts (interviews, usability testing, synthesis) to uncover insights and inform product decisions

  • Plan and facilitate design workshops with clients and stakeholders (discovery sessions, journey mapping, ideation)

  • Help define what we build and why, not just how it looks

  • Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, elegant solutions

  • Rapidly prototype and iterate in a fast-moving environment

  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering to shape features and roadmap decisions

  • Design polished, production-ready UI with a strong attention to detail

  • Contribute to and evolve our design system

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or similar role

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and research-driven design

  • Proven experience conducting user research and translating insights into product decisions

  • Experience facilitating or leading workshops with clients or cross-functional teams

  • Excellent UI/UX craft: interaction design, visual design, and usability

  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

  • Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and presenting ideas clearly

  • Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced startup environment

  • High ownership mindset—you take ideas from concept to shipped product
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with analytics and data-informed design

  • Experience building or scaling design systems

  • Background in service design or design thinking methodologies
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK HERE

  • High ownership: You’ll directly shape the product and user experience

  • Fast-paced: We ship quickly and iterate often

  • Small team: Minimal bureaucracy, maximum impact

  • Client exposure: You’ll work directly with users and stakeholders
    WHY JOIN BRANCHLAB?

  • Competitive Salary & Comprehensive Benefits

  • Small, Agile Team – Your work will have a direct impact

  • Equity Opportunities – Grow with the company

  • Build and shape a product from the ground up
