Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid in office in Boulder, CO. We have an in-office culture, with a minimum 3 days in the office (Tues-Thurs).

THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a Product Designer to own the end-to-end design process, from user research and problem definition to polished, production-ready UI.
You’ll play a key role in shaping both what we build and how it works, working closely with product, design, engineering, and clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys ambiguity, and is equally comfortable talking to users, facilitating workshops, and crafting high-quality design.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the end-to-end product design process: research → ideation → wireframes → high-fidelity UI → implementation
Lead user research efforts (interviews, usability testing, synthesis) to uncover insights and inform product decisions
Plan and facilitate design workshops with clients and stakeholders (discovery sessions, journey mapping, ideation)
Help define what we build and why, not just how it looks
Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, elegant solutions
Rapidly prototype and iterate in a fast-moving environment
Collaborate closely with product and engineering to shape features and roadmap decisions
Design polished, production-ready UI with a strong attention to detail
Contribute to and evolve our design system
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
3+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or similar role
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and research-driven design
Proven experience conducting user research and translating insights into product decisions
Experience facilitating or leading workshops with clients or cross-functional teams
Excellent UI/UX craft: interaction design, visual design, and usability
Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and presenting ideas clearly
Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced startup environment
High ownership mindset—you take ideas from concept to shipped product
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with analytics and data-informed designExperience building or scaling design systems
Background in service design or design thinking methodologies
