🪶 Overall ResponsibilitiesLead and execute the end-to-end design process-from research and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and delivery of polished, production-ready designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
Translate complex crypto and blockchain concepts into clear, accessible, and delightful user interfaces.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and iterate on design decisions.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile platforms.
Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
Advocate for user needs and accessibility, balancing usability with the unique challenges of decentralized technology.
Stay up-to-date with trends in crypto, Web3, and product design, and proactively contribute ideas to improve our offerings.
Experience or deep interest in crypto, blockchain, or Web3 (professional or personal projects welcome).
Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and design systems.
Demonstrated ability to conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Experience working closely with engineers and product managers to deliver high-quality products.
