The Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to help shape the next generation of AI-powered, product-led marketing platforms. In this role, you’ll design intuitive, high-impact experiences that guide users from sign-up to success, reduce friction across the customer journey, and help customers realize value faster. You’ll work across multiple product surfaces for Emma and Campaign Monitor, balancing brand-specific expression with shared design principles, and partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Research to deliver measurable impact.
What You’ll Do:
Design intuitive, high-conversion experiences across onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
Translate customer insights, data, and experimentation results into clear flows, interactions, and visual designs.
Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI that support Product-Led Growth outcomes.
Design and evolve interaction models for AI-powered features such as assistants, recommendations, and automations.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Growth PMs, and Research to move quickly from concept to shipped product.
Contribute to shared design systems, patterns, and principles that improve quality and velocity across teams.
About You:
You’re a systems thinker who enjoys simplifying complexity and designing with purpose. You’re energized by fast iteration, comfortable experimenting with AI-powered tools, and motivated by designing experiences that are both elegant and measurable in impact.
Ideal Qualifications:
3–6+ years of product design experience working on SaaS or digital products.
Strong interaction design skills with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered problem-solving.
Experience designing for growth metrics such as onboarding, conversion, engagement, or retention.
Comfort designing AI-powered experiences and experimenting with generative design or prototyping tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, experiment-driven environment with a bias toward action.
Nice to Have:
Experience designing for marketers, creators, or non-technical users.
Familiarity with Product-Led Growth (PLG) principles or MarTech environments.
Experience collaborating with distributed teams across time zones.
Location Eligibility
This position is eligible for hire in the following US states: Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 annually.
The compensation range represents the pay the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, geographic location, and applicable law.
