Job Description

As a Product Delivery Associate in Identity Governance and Administration, you enable the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles. As an emerging member of the team, you work across the organization and enable the product to continuously deliver value, while gaining skills and experience to grow within your role.
Job responsibilities

  • Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies
  • Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability
  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines
  • Manages continuously shifting business priorities and resolve conflict with commitments
  • Provides content for product roadmaps, ensures timely delivery, and provides business reasons for any changes/revisions made to roadmaps
  • Works closely with business and development teams to review enhancement requests for commercial value and convey the product vision to the team
  • Cultivates trust through personal and team relationships with a range of product owners, engineers, and customers


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
  • Clear communication and presentation skills, and the ability to articulate complex issues concisely
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize competing demands, be versatile and action-oriented
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes
  • Interest in Identity and Access Management controls
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and SQL
