As a Product Data Associate at Kikoff, you’ll have a unique opportunity to join our small, dynamic team within a fast-growing startup. You will play a key role in sorting and interpreting data to help our product teams identify challenges, set actionable goals, and create value for our customers. This is a highly focused role, where you’ll have the chance to collaborate with the product operations team to uncover data-driven opportunities and help drive continuous improvements.
Please note that this role is expected to be a full-time, 6 month contract. Kikoff may terminate or alter the length of employment at any time. You will be expected to be in-office at our San Francisco office a minimum of 3 days per week.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manually sort, categorize, and analyze data to support product teams in identifying key challenges and opportunities
Display sensitivity and attention to accuracy when working with sensitive data
Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders and team members
Own and manage self-directed workstreams, demonstrating initiative and accountability
Expertise and Experience Required:
0-1 years of experience in data analysis work, tech, or any fast-paced startup environment
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with data tagging and analysis in an professional or academic setting (preferred)
