As a Product Content Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our rapidly expanding Product Marketing team. You'll oversee the entire lifecycle of product-driven content, from planning and narrative development to copywriting and editing. Your creativity will shine as you craft engaging training videos, user guides, original illustrations, and presentations that clearly communicate the value and features of our products.

You'll collaborate closely with our Product and Internal Communication teams to strategize, distribute, and maintain the accuracy of product information across all communication channels. Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers to gather product insights and translate them into high-impact content that is tailored to the audience including presentations, in depth product guides, and training and demo videos
  • Design original visuals and illustrations that tell complex stories in a way to that is simple to understand
  • Own product content from developing launch-related materials to maintaining and communicating new features and updates
  • Assist with in-app product communication and foster user engagement through strategic messaging
  • Assist with internal community strategy and management
  • Leverage content as a strategic tool to drive business outcomes, continuously exploring innovative approaches to enhance content engagement and impact

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in technology organizations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written communication skills, including content development and editing.
  • Well-versed in how to use utilize AI to streamline content development
  • Intermediate graphic design and video editing skills
  • Ability to transform technical information into compelling narratives
  • Values a diverse and inclusive work environment

Compensation Range

$49,000.00 - $101,900.00

Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
