About the Role

CloudShare is seeking a creative, strategic, and highly hands-on Product & Content Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market storytelling, content strategy, social presence, community engagement, and field/event marketing efforts.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing and working closely with Demand Generation, Product, and Sales, this role is ideal for a versatile marketer who thrives at the intersection of product messaging, content creation, and execution across multiple channels.

You’ll develop compelling product narratives, lead GTM planning for key launches, manage our brand voice across all platforms, revive and grow the CloudShare community, and play a critical role in our upcoming rebrand and website reskin project. This is a senior individual-contributor position—not a campaign manager—designed for someone who loves being hands-on, shaping messaging, and driving tangible impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end go-to-market execution for product launches and major updates — including positioning, messaging, audience definition, and creation of sales enablement materials (briefs, one-pagers, battlecards, decks, FAQs).
  • Ensure all product capabilities are translated into strong, value-driven customer narratives across marketing and sales touchpoints.
  • Lead the content strategy and manage the editorial roadmap, delivering high-quality content (blogs, ebooks, case studies, reports, videos, and sales assets) across owned channels. Align messaging with product value, ICP pain points, and marketing pillars, and collaborate with Demand Gen on SEO-driven campaign and website optimization.
  • Strengthen CloudShare’s brand visibility by managing social media channels, repurposing assets into engaging formats, and improving performance based on KPIs. Support community awareness, influencer initiatives, and partner-driven promotions.
  • Own field marketing and event execution (trade shows, conferences, roadshows) including planning, logistics, budget oversight, collateral, and internal coordination. Partner with Sales and Demand Gen on pre- and post-event initiatives and develop supporting assets (presentations, signage, swag).
  • Champion growth of the CloudShare community (Circle) by creating engagement programs, facilitating strategic discussions, and connecting customers, prospects, and advocates. Build relationships with industry influencers and drive participation in webinars, ebooks, campaigns, and live sessions.
  • Lead the special rebrand and website reskin initiative - define brand messaging (value proposition, tone, voice), own website content updates, and ensure SEO alignment. Audit and refresh all existing collateral, including decks, one-pagers, case studies, and event materials.

Requirements:

    • 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing (preferably product or integrated marketing roles).
    • Proven track record managing product launches and multi-channel GTM programs.
    • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
    • Experience working on brand refresh or website content/messaging projects.
    • Proficient with AI-assisted content and creative tools.
    • Strong project management, coordination, and stakeholder collaboration capabilities.
    • Comfortable operating as a senior, hands-on IC in a lean, fast-paced environment.
