We are looking for Product Compliance Counsel.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Product Compliance
    • Review and approve product specifications for websites and mobile aps.
    • Assess compliance risks related to product features, user journeys, monetisation models, and platform requirements.
    • Participate in product compliance audits and incident response.
  • Marketing Compliance
    • Review marketing materials and campaigns for compliance with applicable laws and platform requirements.
    • Advise Marketing teams on advertising, consumer protection, and promotional claims.
    • Participate in marketing compliance audits and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Regulatory Monitoring
    • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in relevant jurisdictions and assess their impact on products and business processes.
    • Communicate regulatory updates and support implementation of required changes.
  • Sanctions Compliance
    • Monitor sanctions-related regulatory developments.
    • Support application of internal sanctions controls.
  • Compliance Awareness
    • Participate in development and delivery of compliance trainings and onboarding materials.
    • Create and maintain internal compliance guidance, playbooks, and knowledge base.
  • AI Compliance
    • Review AI-enabled products, features, and third-party AI integrations for compliance with applicable legal requirements.
    • Support AI risk assessments and implementation of AI governance controls.

We expect from you:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law
  • Knowledge of consumer protection laws in the EU and in the USA
  • Knowledge of marketing and advertising compliance laws in the EU and in the US
  • Knowledge of the EU and the US digital legislature, AI governance
  • Knowledge of Apple Store and Google Play guidelines
  • Strong English language communication skills, both written and oral (B2+).

  • REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time;
  • The initial pay level or pay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment;
  • Vacation 28 calendar days per year;

  • Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company;
  • 50% payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings;

  • Health benefits. According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $ 1,000 gross per year per employee. This can be spent on self-purchase of health insurance or on doctor’s fees for yourself and close relatives (spouse, children);
  • Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
