Brief Description:
We are seeking a Product Champion to guide product development from project launch through field deployment. This role provides technical, operational, and business input throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer needs and operational requirements.
Detailed Description:
Develop product business cases in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Define product requirements alongside customers, operations, and engineering teams
Support product development, validation, and testing activities
Plan and execute field trials, product introductions, and marketing strategies
Establish and monitor operational processes and planning procedures
Collaborate cross-functionally on all aspects of product development and deployment
Support field operations during pilot and testing phases prior to commercialization
Create use cases and case studies to support technical sales efforts
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Operational experience in completions
Strong understanding of completions technologies
Ability to analyze and interpret operational data
Demonstrated fact-based decision-making and sound judgment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
5-7 years of relevant industry experience
Ability to understand and communicate in English at a level sufficient for safety and operational coordination
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working across product development and commercialization lifecycles
Exposure to technical sales support or customer-facing product roles
Experience in oil and gas product innovation or field deployment environments
Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office environment with minimal exposure to safety or health hazards. However, occasional travel to company locations and frac sites is required, including remote locations and varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, day, and night). Employees must properly use designated personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
The role involves regular sitting, standing, and walking, as well as occasional lifting (overhead and at waist level), bending, and frequent near-vision tasks such as reading and computer use.
