Provide world class customer field team support for qualification of Micron’s portfolio of Cloud and Data Center Solid State Drives (SSD). Build a collaborative relationship with the customer field team to ensure customer qualification success. Debug customer issues working with the customer field team to accelerate new product qualifications. Provide internal status on customer qualification issues. Product expert for features and functionality providing app notes and errata lists. Maintain external product firmware portal and change lists for customer teams. Pareto analysis of product issues to drive improvements in future products. Utilize engineering skills to debug and ad-dress issues experienced by customers. Utilize soft skills in order to take difficult engineering topics and simplify them to help customers understand. Apply experience with computers and technology in order to understand what can go wrong and make recommendations and provide solutions to avoid issues. Support company’s Data Center SSD business, address customer issues and ensure qualification success. Create and provide collateral for products as well as present on issues experienced by customer to seek the appropriate solution to meet revenue goals.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Position requires:

1. Performing hands-on debug in the lab to address customer issues;

2. Debugging both hardware and software issues;

3. Setting up and configuring computer hardware and software for testing and debug, drawing on knowledge and experience from a computer architecture background;

4. Reading code/scripts in order to provide review and recommendations for changes;

5. Working in both Windows and Linux environments.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology, Inc. estimates it could pay for this full-time position is $99,000.00 - $125,000 . For additional pay & benefits information, please refer to the requisition at Micron.com/careers.
