As a Product and Brand Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that elevate both product positioning and brand identity. Working closely with the Product Marketing Manager, you will contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences.
 
Your responsibilities will include conducting market research and analysis to uncover key trends, competitive insights, and customer needs. You will craft compelling value propositions and messaging that highlight product benefits while reinforcing the brand’s voice and identity. From strategy to execution, you will implement marketing initiatives across digital platforms, social media, and traditional channels, ensuring consistency in brand representation.
 
Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and external stakeholders, to gather insights and create impactful marketing materials. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations to optimize both product and brand marketing efforts.
 
While deep knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred, it is not required.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Partner with the Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that integrate product and brand strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
  • Develop and refine value propositions and messaging that align with both product benefits and brand identity.
  • Implement and execute marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital platforms, social media, and traditional marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize content that reflects the brand’s voice and resonates with target audiences.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather product information and insights for effective marketing communication.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong understanding of how to translate product features and functionalities into compelling value propositions and brand messaging.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies, brand positioning, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and goals.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and resolving potential conflicts.
  • Deep knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred but not required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree..
  • EXPERIENCE:   2+ years product or brand marketing experience in B2B SaaS solutions.
