About Collabrix Inc.

Collabrix Inc. is a fast-growing SaaS company headquartered in the US, supporting life sciences enterprises around the world. Our platform enables seamless collaboration between life sciences companies and their global manufacturing partners.

We're a virtual-first company with a fully remote team in India. We combine technical agility, deep domain understanding, and a strong bias for action to solve meaningful, complex problems in the life sciences supply chain.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst who can bring a higher level of expertise to the design and development of digital supply chain and manufacturing solutions for the life sciences industry. This role is ideal for professionals who already have a solid grounding in product analysis and are looking to apply that depth to more complex, ambiguous problems with less day-to-day guidance.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and client stakeholders to drive requirement gathering, process mapping, research, and product documentation — bringing judgment and domain fluency that comes from prior hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze supply chain and manufacturing workflows in depth, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities with limited guidance.

  • Translate product vision into clear, well-structured user stories, requirements, and documentation.

  • Conduct research on industry trends, standards, and best practices, and apply that research meaningfully to product decisions.

  • Prepare process maps, wireframes, and prototypes with a strong degree of independence.

  • Participate actively in discussions with engineering and design teams, contributing informed perspectives rather than only capturing notes and feedback.

  • Maintain product documentation and research reports that hold up to scrutiny and support roadmap planning.

  • Apply Agile practices with proficiency, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT activities.

RequirementsSkills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar product-facing role, ideally within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.

  • Solid, hands-on understanding of supply chain and manufacturing concepts, gained through real project or industry experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and at least one wireframing or prototyping tool (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq).

  • Working experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or Confluence.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have (Optional)
  • Exposure to UI/UX or prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq, or similar).

  • Prior experience in life sciences, pharma, or regulated manufacturing environments.

  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ISA-95, GxP, or 21 CFR Part 11.

  • Experience with ERP, supply chain, or manufacturing systems.

What We Look For
  • A self-starter with strong subject-matter depth and good judgment.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • High reliability, integrity, and ownership.

  • Genuine interest in improving supply chain collaboration in the life sciences industry.

Work Schedule

We follow a six-day work model on alternate weeks to serve our global customers with agility and excellence.

Employees are expected to work on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month. This model helps us accelerate delivery timelines and maintain the high standards of quality our customers expect.

BenefitsWhy Join Collabrix?
  • Work directly with senior product managers and industry experts.

  • Contribute to digital products that transform global life sciences supply chains.

  • Be part of a growing SaaS startup with high ownership and visibility.

  • Remote-first culture with collaboration and flexibility.

  • Career growth opportunities as you deepen your expertise.
