Job Description:
Payment Networks, Product Analyst (Product Management Team)
Location: Remote
Team: Product Management – Payments & Network Partnerships
About the Role: Are you a driven product professional ready to accelerate your career in a high-growth, high-impact role? Our Payment Networks team is looking for a Product Analyst to support the product team and roadmap by understanding current market problems, data collection and analysis; to find innovative solutions based on research and analysis. This role is ideal for someone with a product mindset, ready to work across cross-functional teams and bring network-related initiatives to life!
We’re seeking someone passionate about Payments in the Fintech Banking space. Leveraging product management experience with Payment's exposure in areas such as Card, Real-Time Payments, and leveraging existing infrastructure to create customer-focused products. This is your chance to do the work of a Product Manager, in a fast-paced environment that values speed, ownership, and outcomes over titles.
What You’ll Do
Support strategic initiatives tied to our payment products and payment network partners.
Translate customer pain points into feature requirements and help define solutions that scale.
Own and update product artifacts in Aha!, including feature documentation, roadmaps, and release plans.
Track and support delivery of network mandates and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and external partners on quarterly reporting and go-to-market planning.
Help prioritize the product backlog with a clear understanding of business impact and technical dependencies.
Leverage the offerings of card and real-time payment networks to build differentiated customer experiences.
What You Bring
1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analysis, or a similar role (open to more experienced PMs looking for faster growth opportunities).
Knowledge and experience in the Payments space.
Experience documenting requirements and writing feature specs in tools like Aha!,
A natural curiosity and customer-first mindset—you ask “why” before “how.”
Comfort working with ambiguity, iterating quickly, and balancing multiple priorities.
An ability to communicate clearly across business and technical audiences.
Why Join Us? Accelerate your career faster than you could at traditional fintech institutions and larger banks.
Be at the front lines of modernizing payment systems and working on high-impact network projects.
Work with a collaborative team of builders who value autonomy, learning, and growth.
Gain visibility and ownership typically reserved for senior roles.
Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with payment standards, card schemes, or regulatory environments.
Background working in a Fintech, Payment Service Provider, or Network-focused product org.
Experience with product delivery lifecycle from ideation to production release.
Access to hands-on mentorship from experienced Product Leader
This is a high-growth, high-ownership role intentionally positioned for those seeking fast-tracked career acceleration.
