Your mission:

As a Junior Product Manager, you will drive the development of key platform features, ensuring they address the needs of our customers in the energy sector. From initial scoping to post-launch success, you will play a vital role in refining our strategic product roadmap, validating customer pain points, and delivering impactful solutions.

You will work with an established product and a highly collaborative team, gaining hands-on experience in digital product development while helping to shape the future of energy trading.


What you’ll do: 

  • Own the product lifecycle – from ideation and validation to launch and iteration.
  • Ensure product-market fit by deeply understanding customer needs and validating solutions before development.
  • Leverage data-driven decision-making to refine and prioritise product development.
  • Work closely with customers and internal teams (commercial, engineering, and design) to shape and refine product ideas.
  • Translate business needs into actionable product specifications and coordinate cross-functional execution.
  • Support the go-to-market strategy by ensuring a seamless handover from development to commercial teams.
  • Apply best practices in product management to drive efficiency and innovation.


Who you are:

  • Minimum 1 year of direct product management experience with a proven track record of understanding customer needs, participating in the product development lifecycle, and contributing to bringing products to market.
  • Demonstrated experience as an analyst within an energy trading firm or significant professional experience directly working in energy trading or the renewable energy sector.
  • A strong understanding of energy markets and trading processes is advantageous. 
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira) and comfortable utilising data-driven methodologies for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
