Operating within a matrixed environment, the Specialist partners closely with internal implementation teams and client stakeholders to support successful deployments and sustained engagement. Because each Mastery client configures its solution and execution workflows, this role requires developing deep expertise in both the software and each client’s operational model to design and maintain tailored training suites that support long-term adoption.

The Mastery Product Adoption team builds comprehensive, client-specific training programs that may include instructor-led sessions, digital learning materials, documentation, and train-the-trainer resources. These training suites are designed to ensure a seamless transition from legacy processes to optimized workflows within MasterMind.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert: Maintain deep expertise in client workflows and MasterMind functionality, including new releases and feature enhancements. Provide strategic guidance on best practices, feature utilization, and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to align training strategies with project milestones and business priorities. Provide recommendations on learning strategies, change management approaches, and train-the-trainer initiatives.
  • Support Change & Adoption Efforts: Support organizational change efforts by developing communication plans, process documentation, and enablement strategies. Guide clients in effectively transitioning end users to new workflows within MasterMind.
  • Drive Communication & Engagement: Execute communication strategies to promote awareness and adoption of new features and initiatives. Manage ongoing coordination and communication with internal and external training stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Logistics industry experience preferred (brokerage, dedicated carrier operations, asset-based carrier, IMDL, or LTL environments).
  • Demonstrated experience in training facilitation and delivery (virtual and in-person).
  • Experience in software implementation, client consulting, or customer onboarding preferred.
  • Working knowledge of change management principles and organizational adoption strategies preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn customer operations, logistics workflows, and Mastery software functionality.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and time management capabilities.

  • Experience with eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate Rise) or content management systems (e.g., WordPress) a plus.
  • Experience managing L&D initiatives or onboarding programs a plus.
