About This Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Operations Analyst to support the end-to-end procurement process and operational efficiency. This role is instrumental in tracking procurement activities, managing vendor data, ensuring contract details are accurate, and keeping internal stakeholders informed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable coordinating across teams and systems.

Hybrid (4 days) : Denver or San Francisco

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Manage and process purchase requisitions into Purchase Orders (POs) and provide timely status updates to management.

  • Track and maintain up-to-date supplier repository details, including insurance compliance and adherence to terms and conditions.

  • Maintain internal pricing sheets and monitor supplier contract renewal dates and key terms.

  • Create and manage a centralized supplier information repository for improved visibility and reporting.

  • Solicit bids or quotes from service providers and material suppliers as needed; evaluate submissions for commercial and technical alignment.

  • Support vendor onboarding and assist in preparing documentation for Master Service Agreements (MSAs); verify compliance with established contractual terms.

  • Identify and recommend potential new sources of supply as needed.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely supplier performance.

  • Manage and update supplier catalogs within Crusoe’s Coupa ERP system.

  • Assist with inventory management by tracking items and reconciling procurement activity with usage and delivery.

  • Monitoring projects related to delivery, shipping, and tracking cloud projects, and related administrative tasks.

  • Provide backup support to other team members as needed.

  • Updating and maintaining internal process documentation and pages

  • Perform additional procurement and operational support duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring to The Team: 

  • 2–4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations; previous roles as a Procurement Specialist or Buyer preferred.

  • Experience working with network hardware, SaaS, and Telco vendors strongly preferred; additional background in Cloud, IT, Software, Oil & Gas, or Construction is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with Coupa or similar ERP/procurement platforms.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders.

  • High level of discretion and reliability in handling sensitive supplier and pricing data.

  • Requires a background in Supply Chain Management or the equivalent in education and experience; in place of formal education, 1–2 years of relevant work experience may be considered.

  • Industry certifications are desirable but not required.

Compensation:

Compensation will be paid in the range of $80,000 - $103,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
