Join Associated Bank’s procurement team to help drive smarter business decisions through data and analytics. In this role, you’ll deliver insights that improve supplier performance, track savings, and support strategic sourcing initiatives across the organization. You’ll have the opportunity to partner with leaders across Procurement, Finance, and IT while helping shape the future of procurement analytics capabilities.
Key Accountabilities
  • Analyze procurement, supplier, and spend data to identify trends, risks, savings opportunities, and business insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models that support procurement performance tracking and executive decision-making.
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, and business leaders to deliver data-driven recommendations for sourcing and supplier strategies.
  • Design and manage standardized savings tracking methodologies aligned with organizational reporting requirements.
  • Create supplier performance reporting that connects cost, service, and value outcomes to business objectives and contracts.
  • Establish analytics standards, metric definitions, and data quality controls to improve reporting accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to support scalable procurement analytics tools, integrations, and data architecture solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve analytics processes, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency as the organization evolves.
Education & ExperienceRequired
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience performing analytics in procurement, supply chain, finance, or a related enterprise function.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience building dashboards, reports, and analytical models using BI tools, visualization platforms, or advanced Excel.
  • 2+ years of experience applying data standards, validation logic, and quality controls to ensure accurate and repeatable analytics outputs.
Preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working with procurement systems or spend analytics tools.
  • 2+ years of experience partnering with business units or Finance teams on analytics requirements, reporting, or integrations.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting supplier performance reviews or category strategies with analytical insights.

$59,010.00 - $101,160.00 per year
