Procurement Associate

Maybell Quantum is seeking a motivated individual to join our Operations team. Our ideal team member is a hands-on individual who has experience working in procurement at fast-paced manufacturing companies. They are self-motivated with strong communication skills and can work well in teams and individually.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery terms with suppliers
• Maintain an updated vendor database and performance metrics 
• Creating and processing purchase orders accurately and timely
• Tracking orders from placement through delivery
• Following up on delayed or incomplete orders
• Reconciling discrepancies in orders, deliveries, and invoices
• Proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks in the supply chain that could impact production schedules.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, or a related role, preferably in a high paced manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.

Base salary: $60,000 - $100,000
