Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent to join our Customers Management – Aggregation Programs team in Everett, WA or Kent, WA.

The Procurement Agent will provide support to external companies and internal organizations through his/her supply chain knowledge. We are looking for qualified candidates with a supply chain background who are ready to manage suppliers throughout the world. As an Operations Procurement Agent, you will manage complex work packages in a fast paced and multifaceted environment. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver world-class products in support of our airline customers and the flying public.

This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain.

Our team is currently hiring for an Associate (Level 2) or Mid-Level (Level 3) Procurement Agent.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Seeks out and collaborates with external suppliers to grow the Aggregation strategy (BASN - Boeing Aggregated Standards Network and BRMS - Boeing Raw Material Strategy).
  • Leads the project management the onboarding of new suppliers into Aggregation Strategies.
  • Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
  • Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
  • Provides operational support to Boeing’s supply chain partners.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes
  • 3+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
  • 3+ years of experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees, and all levels of leadership
  • 3+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Domestic and international travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes
  • 3+ years of experience developing proposals or contracts
  • 3+ years of experience working in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles
  • 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing, assembly and/or aerospace environment
  • 3+ years of experience working in cross functional teams
  • 3+ years of experience managing projects and using standard project management tools

Summary pay range (Level 2): $ 76,500 - $ 89,000   

Summary pay range (Level 3): $ 96,300 - $111,900
