As a member of our Procure to Pay (P2P) team, you will be collaborating with clients by creating, developing, designing, and implementing ways that will change their digital landscape forever. Our Procure to Pay team helps clients with business process design, improvements and enhancements related to a range of areas such as Master Data Management, Sourcing, Procurement, Invoice Processing and Payments. Our goal is to resolve pain paints, define strategies, build brands, create experiences, and deliver platforms to achieve business objectives aligned with the clients’ vision.
 
The P2P manager is responsible for supporting and delivering implementations and providing advisory for procure to pay system considerations. You will be working with CFGI consultants and clients utilizing your P2P product knowledge, expertise, and talent to deliver small- and large-scale client technology implementations. This resource will assess client business processes, develop innovative plans to solve their problems, and execute configuration to support these plans. The candidate must have a passion for helping clients find creative ways to solve business problems and more effectively run their business. The candidate needs to be able to work with aggressive timelines and a portfolio of clients. Experience with Coupa, Ramp, VIC.AI, Expensify and/or Tipalti are specifically required for this position. Experience with other P2P technologies is a plus.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Lead technology projects as needed with the P2P team from new system implementations such as gathering business requirements, configurations, testing and go-live, or assist with enhancements/ reconfigurations support based on best practices.
·       Identify existing inefficiencies, potential improvement opportunities, and critical differentiating business requirements.
·       Provide advisory on procure to pay business process and system requirements.
·       Envision and develop representations of recommended future state options for evaluation by clients.
·       Identify gaps between requirements and system functionality and propose solutions to meet those gaps, i.e., customizations or process changes.
·       Manage and perform systems configuration tasks for process workstreams, as directed.
·       Provide on-going support during project implementations and post-go-to-live support.
·       Guide and perform data conversions.
·       Facilitate and lead testing preparation and execution.
·       Facilitate and lead training.
·       Ability to work with a team of consultants towards the shared goals of the project.
·       Work with leadership and other team members to develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
 
Preferred Skills:

·       Experience and expertise with P2P systems, with preference to Coupa, Ramp, VIC.AI, Expensify and/or Tipalti, including upstream and downstream impacts to ERPs (NetSuite & Sage). Expertise with design, implementation, enhancements and post go-live support.
·       Demonstrated success managing client-facing technology implementations and other procure to pay related software as needed by the P2P team.
·       Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
·       Prior consulting experience within a Professional Services setting preferred.
·       Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
·       Strong project and time management skills.
·       Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
·       Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the firm.
·       Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint required.
·       Exposure to project management tools such as Smartsheets, JIRA, Asana, etc. is preferred.
 
Qualifications and Capabilities:

·       Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Business.
·       Experience and expertise with P2P systems, with preference to Coupa, Ramp, VIC.AI, Expensify and/or Tipalti is required that includes implementation, enhancements, business process design based on system configuration, integration capabilities, data migration and upstream and downstream impacts to ERPs (NetSuite and Sage).
·       Minimum of five years of experience with three plus years implementing procure to pay software, ideally with a software or consulting/partner firm.
·       Background in advisory, operational accounting, and/or financial consulting preferred.
·       Willingness to travel on site when requested by the client.
