Iron Mountain is seeking a solutions-driven Procore System Administrator to join our Data Center team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in optimizing our construction management platform as we evolve from implementation into continuous operational excellence. You’ll have the opportunity to empower project managers and field teams daily, ensuring data integrity, building actionable reporting, and streamlining critical workflows. Here, your technical expertise will help drive operational efficiency and keep our growing portfolio of projects running smoothly.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
System Administration: Manage company and project settings, user permissions, and standardized templates to ensure secure, seamless access across all teams.
User Support & Training: Serve as the in-house SME, delivering responsive troubleshooting, onboarding, and practical training to build high user proficiency.
Data Management & Reporting: Build custom dashboards and reports that give leadership real-time visibility into project metrics and financial performance.
Integration & Process Improvement: Collaborate with IT and operations to integrate Procore with enterprise systems such as accounting and ERP platforms.
Platform Optimization: Monitor system performance and stay current with new Procore features to continuously refine workflows and best practices.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of direct, hands-on experience as a Procore superuser or administrator.
Strong knowledge of construction workflows and documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver clear training to non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with experience creating custom reports, auditing data integrity, and supporting system integrations.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience; Procore Certified Administrator designation is highly preferred.
Experience with OPC preferred

Reasonably expected salary range: $93,400.00 - $124,500.00Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
