Job Description

The Enterprise Processing Support Specialist provides processing support and expertise to internal/external customers and business partners. This job utilizes a wide variety of systems and channels to investigate and resolve inquiries. The Processing Support Specialist investigates and resolves complex or sensitive issues, problems, errors and inconsistencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Creates and edits documentation for guidelines and procedures

• Resolves problems requiring broad-based analysis or broadly defined options

• Coordinates ongoing projects

• Anticipates and acts on future needs based on past transactions

• Probes beyond the stated situation to identify underlying issues and consider alternatives

• Applies expertise in concepts, policies and compliance matters to meet regulatory standards

• Processes data in accordance with internal and external advanced technical protocols and procedures to deliver services

Education

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

Experience

• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $19.23 - 33.11 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
