The Process Improvement Lead will guide the end-to-end delivery of Finance Systems and transformation initiatives—from concept through implementation. This role partners closely with Finance leadership, Corporate Technology, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive predictable execution of high-impact programs including system implementations, process redesign, and modernization efforts. The Lead will translate business needs into clear requirements, influence solution design to optimize outcomes, and ensure solutions are tested, compliant, and operationally ready—delivering measurable business value aligned to Finance priorities.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance initiatives including system implementations, process redesign, and on-prem to cloud migrations
- Drive predictable execution through effective planning, risk management, issue escalation, and stakeholder communications
- Partner with Finance leaders and business owners to translate technology and automation needs into prioritized roadmaps and delivery plans
- Influence system and process design to improve efficiency, controls, and business outcomes
- Ensure alignment with Finance priorities, regulatory requirements, and internal control standards
- Facilitate delivery planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives to keep teams aligned and outcomes focused
- Proactively identify and remove delivery blockers and manage cross-team dependencies
- Provide clear, concise reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes for senior Finance leadership
- Identify resource needs, coordinate across teams, and resolve operational challenges to minimize delays
- Ensure high-quality documentation of solution requirements (use cases, user stories, process flows, mockups, test scenarios, and test cases)
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and present actionable recommendations to leadership

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Technology, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience supporting Finance transformation, systems modernization, requirements design, and testing
- Experience delivering Finance and Accounting initiatives
- Hands-on experience with Finance systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, planning, allocations)
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience with project and delivery management tools
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with a continuous-improvement mindset
- Working knowledge of SQL, VBA, Cloud platforms, Databricks, or Snowflake
Preferred Qualifications
- Health insurance or payer operations experience
- Value-based care or provider arrangement experience
- CPA or equivalent certification
