Part-time private equity role (minimum 10 hours/week) requiring at least 2 years PE experience at top firms. Responsibilities include financial modeling, TAM/market sizing, investment memos, CIM creation and due diligence, NDA/legal document processing, and deal sourcing.
You must be able to commit at least 10 hours per week for this role.
Have at least 2 years of experience working in private equity at top firms and experience in at least one of the following
- Financial modeling
- Market sizing/TAM analysis
- Investment/analysis summaries and memos
- CIM creation and due diligence
- NDA/legal document processing
