Principal Territory Manager | Kyklo

Epicor is seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to join our Strategic Applications team, focused on driving growth for Kyklo, our Product Information Management (PIM) and digital data syndication solution. In this role, you will be responsible for generating net new revenue with enterprise-scale volume manufacturers while also expanding adoption across Epicor’s existing ERP customer base. The Territory Manager will execute a consultative sales approach, engaging senior executives across manufacturing and distribution organizations to deliver measurable value through improved product data accuracy, digital catalog syndication, and stronger distributor relationships.

What you will be doing:

  • Drive net-new business development and sales within the assigned territory focused on volume manufacturing and distribution verticals. 

  • Develop and execute territory plans to exceed booking, pipeline, and quota targets 

  • Manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from qualification, initial discovery through negotiation and close. 

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with prospects and customers 

  • Build strategic cross functional relationships with internal business partners 

  • Develop strategic account plans for key accounts in assigned territory 

  • Coordinate with cross-sell partners, solution sales and professional services teams 

  • Generate and achieve monthly forecasts and accurately predict revenue monthly. 

  • Plan and implement sales campaigns. 

  • Update and maintain CRM and perform weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for the assigned territory. 

  • Travel required (West coast candidates preferred)

What you will be doing:

  • Strong background in enterprise software 

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to large and small audiences. 

  • Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions. 

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills 

  • Experience managing a $2M+ annual target 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding quotas. 

  • Demonstrated ability to drive net-new enterprise business, including prospecting, multi-stakeholder engagement, and value-based selling 

  • Accomplished track record of selling SaaS Software to Manufacturing and Distribution operations, finance, and IT personas 

  • Experience working in a cross-sell/overlay sales environment 

  • Experience working with industrial manufacturing and/or distribution companies 

  • Background of ERP markets and business preferred

Range:

Minimum: $80,000 USD Maximum: $220,000 USD

The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
