We're scaling fast, and we need a dental manufacturing expert to set the highest quality standards and coach our QCs to ensure we maintain the highest manufacturing standards. In this role, you'll be the standard bearer for perfection within removables manufacturing, defining the rubric, leading audits against them, and working with the training and workforce teams to set our QCs and workforce up for success. This isn't just about keeping the lights on—it's about building the quality engine to support Dandy on its hypergrowth path.

What You'll Do
Core responsibilities - owning the quality function for Removables Manufacturing:
Set the rubric for removables - Set the standards to be audited against for your removables, ensuring both fit & functional as well as aesthetic quality.
Synthesize findings from audit and quality deep-dive into clear, actionable insights to guide business decision making, and lead execution of solutions.
Coach and mentor both the the QCs, as well as the production line employees on key removables quality issues
People management and development
Audit the QCs within removables and at the main lab you work with overall, coaching them on areas for improvement
Work with the performance management team to provide proper support to any QCs on performance management
Project & Workstream Management
Lead quality triages & solutioning within your product line, partnering with workforce, training, design, and CX
Own and drive specific workstreams within a larger engagement, including setting priorities, defining scope, and managing timelines
Proactively identify potential risks or roadblocks to project completion and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with leadership
Structure complex problems into manageable phases with clear objectives and success metrics
Exhibit a strong bias for action and a proactive approach to overcoming project obstacles to achieve defined objectives
What We're Looking For
Deep dental manufacturing knowledge, and understanding of best practices within removables
Strong program/project management skills with experience delivering cross-functional system rollouts.
Strong people skills - able to drive outcomes and influence cross-functional team members
Strong communicator who can provide fair but kind feedback and hold our quality bar high
Self-starter with high ownership, detail orientation, and ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments.
