Job Description Summary
Responsible for being the IT manufacturing site leader and owning the Controls IT Supply Chain delivery of programs. Accountable for planning, forecasting, and working across matrixed teams for the end-to-end lifecycle of features and/or projects. Positively impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve outcomes required. Provides ongoing process, feature and solution guidance, input, and direction to product and platform teams. Collaborates with all levels of the business to align IT objectives to Controls KPI’s.
Work with site IT Leaders to simplify standard work for the team. Develop/deploy tools and redefine/streamline processes used by Site IT Leaders to save time and costs.
Be point of contact for Site operations team with other IT teams. Work with other teams to communicate road maps, outage plans, pain points, etc.
Lead global projects that impact multiple sites and be the voice of site operations on large programs that impact multiple sites.
Communicate global initiatives to business leaders.
Lead application simplification across sites, may include application ownership, replacement and consolidation of applications, and assisting in deployment of applications at sites.
Essential Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership in defining and specifying requirements using lean principles & practices
Drive technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs and company reference architecture
Outline multi-generational program strategy aligned to deliver on the expected outcomes
Define agile program management methodologies and practices to be followed by all projects within the program
Organize project teams comprising from internal and external technical and functional experts
Manage program execution of multiple interdependent projects by working directly with global technical teams
Manage procurement and onboarding process
Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies
Partner with technical and functional teams external to the program to ensure their tasks are completed as required
Manage program risks, scope changes and other non-standard events
Manage stakeholder communications and change acceleration process
Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations
Adapt roadmap based on continuous feedback and kaizen outcomes
Responsible for coordinating multiple interdependent requests and delivery of features. IT Leader driving critical outcomes and solutions across Controls Supply Chain:
Development of IT strategy and roadmap
Financial pacing
IT SME in business Kaizens
Lead critical initiatives for the business
Collaboration and deep partnership across Controls IT and matrixed teams.
Identify deficiencies in critical processes –replace with contemporary solutions (AI, ML, other technologies)
High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.
Education Qualification:
A minimum of 10 years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within IT program/product areas.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar, or equivalent experience/knowledge.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $137,700.00 and $229,600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
