Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead a Production System Hoshin Kanri (HK) team within the Palantir program, consisting of GE Aerospace and Palantir developers alongside key business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Palantir engineers to enhance, expand, and optimize the T&O supply chain ontology within the Foundry platform.
- Apply the Innovator's DNA (iDNA) framework, ensuring innovation is driven by the voice of the customer.
- Translate customer vision into actionable use cases by combining business needs with technical feasibility. Partner with customers and stakeholders to prioritize needs and develop a strategic product roadmap.
- Coordinate efforts with other Production System HK and Palantir teams to achieve broader program outcomes.
- Ensure transparent delivery and focus on execution to maximize returns throughout the product release cycle.
- Leverage specialized expertise in the supply chain function.
- Shape strategy within the area of responsibility, including resource management and influencing policy development.
- Analyze internal and external business challenges, recommend best practices, and stay informed of industry trends to improve products, processes, or services.
- Exercise sound judgment to address complex tasks or problems. Evaluate information quality, ask relevant questions, and propose innovative solutions beyond established parameters. Utilize diverse internal and external resources to inform decision-making.
- Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and complexity. Communicate complex concepts effectively and influence others' perspectives. Encourage alternative viewpoints and guide others in considering new approaches.

Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 10 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 13 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 15 years of professional experience
- Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Product Ownership/Product Management in the Information Technology space or Information Technology in general.

Additional Information for Candidates in US:
The base pay range for this position is $150,800-$251,300 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on October 15th, 2025.
