Responsibilities:
- Lead wireless strategy sessions, assessments, and architecture development for enterprise Wi‑Fi, Private LTE/5G, and CBRS-based solutions.
- Own end‑to‑end design (HLD/LLD), RF planning, spectrum analysis, standards, and configuration governance.
- Direct delivery of complex deployments and migrations across campus, warehouse, healthcare, and other mission‑critical environments.
- Drive integration across LAN/WAN, identity (802.1X/EAP‑TLS), NAC, security, mobile core, and observability platforms.
- Develop high quality deliverables and presentations for Client engineering teams and senior leaders, this can include both technical documentation and non-technical documentation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical challenges and develop tailored solutions to address their needs
- Mentor senior engineers and provide technical leadership across architecture, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- 10–15+ years in enterprise wireless networking, with senior experience designing and leading large wireless programs.
- Deep expertise in Wi‑Fi design and optimization (Wi‑Fi 6/6E/7), RF engineering, and high‑density/mission‑critical deployments.
- Strong background with Private Cellular / 5G / CBRS, mobile core concepts, QoS, and device onboarding.
- Hands‑on experience with NAC (ISE/ClearPass), segmentation, PKI/certificate auth, and Zero Trust principles.
- Strong understanding of routing/switching, SD‑WAN, automation fundamentals (Python/Ansible/Terraform), and network observability/AIOps platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage executives and guide technical teams.
- Preferred certifications: CWNE, CWDP/CWSP, CCIE Enterprise Wireless, Aruba ACMX, Ekahu ECSE Advanced, or private 5G vendor credentials.
The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
