JOB SUMMARY
Change agent who supports the implementation of strategic vision from inception to fruition. Identify business needs and lead the creation of strategic assessments and strategy proposals.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Lead consulting sessions with company management.
Lead and innovate rigorous quantitative and qualitative research through competitive audits, customer and industry trends analysis, and stakeholder interviews.
Lead implementation and review of existing /new operational strategies, analyses and models simultaneously.
Provide expert guidance on the analysis and review of models for data-driven strategy recommendations and communicating results in a timely manner.
Gain support and increase speed of new strategy execution across the organization. Lead preparation of strategic content and supporting details for all relevant meetings, including presentations, and final reports.
Provide leadership and innovation for Charter's approach to digital expansion and adoption.
Drive global solutions by ensuring alignment across the organization.
Mentor and guide members of the Digital Strategy & Operations team.
Lead collaborations with business and technical teams
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Demonstrated mastery in reporting, data mining, and predictive modeling
Demonstrated understanding of telecommunications industry and the products and services offered
Demonstrates effective decision-making skills and the ability to exercise discretion
Demonstrated knowledge of strategy reporting, strategy enhancements and other ad hoc analytics
Ability to step back and contribute to insight development and creative ideation
Ability to think across disciplines, industries, cultures and scenarios Ability to identify issues of an intricately complex nature and effectively resolve
Effective written and verbal communication skills Effective analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Required Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Consulting and/or Business Analysis experience and/or as a leader on a strategic program - 10+
Leading Strategy Engagements - 4-5
Preferred Education
Master's degree

The base pay for this position generally is between
$124,000.00 and $220,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
