ResponsibilitiesHave a leading role in Nokia’s IEEE 802.11 and/or Wi-Fi Alliance delegation,
Develop novel concepts for Wi-Fi 9. Evaluate and promote your concepts in IEEE 802.11 and Wi-Fi Alliance
Collaborate with other companies in IEEE 802.11 and Wi-Fi Alliance to develop the next generation Wi-Fi standard
PhD in EE, CS, Physics, or similar or MS degree and 10+ years of experience as Wi-Fi standardization delegate or extensive standardization experience
You are a recognized industry expert and have expert knowledge of Wi-Fi up to 802.11bn.
Proven track record of innovations and contributions to wireless standards
Experience in the use of link and simulation tools
You are enthusiastic about Wi-Fi technology and you are open minded and curious
Excellent communications skills and track record of working with product lines
It would be nice if you also had:
Familiarity with Azure services like Data Lake, Data vault, Stream Analytics, and other big data technologies (e.g., Kafka, Spark) and/or experience with data visualization tools, for example Tableau or PowerBI and developing simple UI interfaces to interact with data models
Certifications: Azure Data Engineer, Fabric Analytics Engineer, or Databricks
Previous experience from working with and understanding financial data, patent and/or patenting related data
