As a SolarWinds Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the operation of multi-user computer systems, coordinating with network engineers, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our SolarWinds infrastructure. This job requires setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system-wide software, and allocating mass storage space. You'll also make recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinate installation, and provide backup recovery. Full-Time Salary Range: $105254 - $178931
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

- 5+ years of experience with SolarWinds, including NPM, SAM, NTA, and other advanced modules
- Strong understanding of SolarWinds architecture, system administration, and network protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration skills, and experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with dashboards and reporting
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
