- Own customer-facing product features end to end across the full stack - React/TypeScript front ends, backend services, and APIs - taking ambiguous problems all the way to shipped, measured outcomes.
- Make architecture and technical decisions in service of user and business outcomes; let product goals drive the engineering, not the other way around.
- Use telemetry and user behavior to shape design - define success metrics (north star and guardrails), instrument, monitor, run root-cause deep dives, and change your mind when the data says so.
- Design and build AI-enabled and agentic experiences, integrating LLMs and AI workflows into products that reach millions of users.
- Set technical direction for your team and influence product strategy, partnering closely with product managers, designers, and platform teams.
- Raise the engineering bar through code, design reviews, coaching, and mentoring - leading by craft as a senior individual contributor.
- Find the highest-leverage problems in ambiguous spaces, prototype quickly, and drive prototypes to production-grade quality, reliability, and performance at scale.
