The Opportunity:
CACI is responsible for providing comprehensive Integrated Product Support (IPS) services for the Tactical Integrated Ground Suite (TIGS) System of Systems (SoS). These services cover a range of support categories including management, engineering, maintenance, supply, data, training, continuous support, infrastructure, logistics, and personnel. The primary objective of these diverse services is to ensure warfighting readiness across the globe by increasing the operational availability and mission effectiveness of all currently deployed and future TIGS SoS.
Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, implement and maintain RF communication products and technologies by applying RF and mixed signal capabilities
  • Prepare and conduct trade studies, plans, process specifications and procedures
  • Compile and evaluate test data, prepare technical analysis, recommend methods and processes required to meet design objectives
  • Provide support in technical manners relating to Engineering Change Notices, rework, and complex problems
  • Conduct analyses or tests pertaining to the development of new methods, materials, processes or standards

Qualifications:
Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or a STEM related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience, or 6 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree
  • DSP Engineering experience
  • Experienced in SDR application and manipulation
  • Experienced in ground-based SATCOM systems
  • Experienced in RF link budget design/analysis
  • Knowledgeable in a wide range of frequency bands
  • Experienced in analysis of High-Powered Amplification and waveguide application
  • Ability to conduct and produce trade studies centered around SDR(s) and antennas

Desired:

  • Master’s degree in related field
  • Understanding of GPU use for algorithm implementation
  • Experience with formal software development practices including the use of software configuration management, coding standards, and style guides

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,300-$189,600
