Our Digital Consulting team delivers complex Oracle PLM and FoodChain ID technology solutions that help global organizations transform the way they manage products, compliance, and innovation.

We're looking for a Principal Project Manager to lead large-scale, enterprise Oracle PLM implementation projects for some of the world's leading food, beverage, life sciences, and consumer products companies.

What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Oracle PLM and FoodChain ID implementation projects.
  • Own project governance, scope, schedules, budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.
  • Serve as the executive-level partner for global clients, leading steering committees and strategic communications.
  • Direct cross-functional consulting teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring delivery excellence and PMO compliance.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to support customer growth and long-term relationships.
  • Mentor Project Managers and help evolve delivery best practices across the organization.
What You'll Bring
  • 10+ years leading enterprise software implementation projects within consulting or professional services
  • 5+ years managing large, complex, multi-workstream implementation projects
  • Experience delivering Oracle PLM implementations or similar enterprise software solutions
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting skills
  • Expertise managing project financials, forecasting, governance, and risk
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • PMP certification
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
