ServiceCore provides hard-working individuals the opportunity to work and grow within an agile, fast-paced start-up environment. We are proud of our accomplishments and take our jobs seriously while not taking ourselves too seriously.

Role Overview

ServiceCore is seeking a Principal Program Manager for Enterprise Implementations to lead the successful delivery of complex, high-impact software implementations for our largest and most sophisticated customers. This is a senior, individual-contributor role for a seasoned Project Manager who brings structure, clarity, and accountability to enterprise implementations. While this role does not have direct people management responsibility, it carries full ownership of enterprise implementation outcomes.

You will work in close partnership with our Implementation Project Managers (IPMs), who serve as product and industry experts. In this role, you will provide program-level leadership, ensure implementation scope is clearly defined and documented, and maintain alignment between ServiceCore and the customer throughout the implementation lifecycle. The overall objective is to ensure Enterprise customers experience a structured, professional, and predictable implementation process.

What You'll be Doing

  • Own enterprise customer implementations end-to-end, from contract handoff through go-live and stabilization
  • Lead implementation kickoff to clearly define, align on, and document project scope, assumptions, dependencies, and success criteria
  • Act as the primary implementation owner for enterprise engagements, accountable for scope, timeline, and delivery outcomes
  • Develop and maintain enterprise-level project plans, milestones, and governance structures, to ensure all stakeholders share a consistent understanding of responsibilities, timelines, and success criteria
  • Manage scope changes throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring changes are evaluated, documented, and communicated transparently
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams across Implementation, Product, Engineering, Data, Integrations, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks related to scope clarity, dependencies, and customer readiness
  • Partner closely with Implementation resources to navigate complex requirements, change management, and customer alignment
  • Lead executive-level customer check-ins, steering committees, and status reviews as appropriate
  • Ensure a smooth, well-documented handoff from Implementation to Customer Success to support long-term customer success

What You’ll Need to be Successful

  • 8+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-level SaaS or software implementations
  • Demonstrated strength in scope definition, documentation, and expectation-setting at project kickoff
  • Proven success as a hands-on Project Manager with accountability for outcomes—not just coordination
  • Experience partnering and collaborating with implementation and data migration teams
  • Strong ability to lead through influence in cross-functional environments
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including comfort working with executive-level customers
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with configurable platforms, ERP systems, or operational software strongly preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel for customer on site engagements
  • PMP or similar certification strongly preferred, but not required with comparable experience

Salary & Benefits

  • $110k-$140k OTE (based on prior experience)
  • 14 Company Holidays in addition to an open and flexible PTO policy
  • Healthcare, dental and vision insurance with generous employer contributions
  • Employer 401(k) match
  • Top tier hardware and work from home equipment offerings to remote employees
  • Bi-Weekly Lunch Stipend for remote employees
  • Regular lunches and a fully-stocked kitchen (if in Denver)
  • Regular Company Events (for both local and remote employees)

Ready to Apply?

If you believe you match the above criteria and are desiring a dynamic start-up environment with a management team that is dedicated to your success, then please apply!

In addition to our commitment to equal pay for equal work, ServiceCore is also committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, color, age, ancestry, religion, gender, gender identity, genetic information, parental or pregnancy status, sexual orientation, marital status, citizenship, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
