- Serve as a strategic voice on institutional adoption, delivering executive briefings, workshops, and keynote presentations.
- Develop frameworks (e.g., maturity models) to guide enterprises through digital asset adoption.
- Publish influential thought leadership in collaboration with Circle's Marketing and BD teams.
- Build and activate strategic partnerships with consulting and advisory firms.
- Partner with financial networks and industry bodies to expand product understanding and ecosystem alignment.
- Lead consultative engagements with target accounts to uncover adoption-ready opportunities.
- Capture and synthesize market insights to inform internal BD, Product, and Marketing strategy.
What you'll bring to Circle
Core Requirements
- Deep expertise in digital assets, stablecoins, or fintech with a strong track record in enterprise or advisory roles.
- Proven success engaging with executive stakeholders including boards, CFOs, and global consulting partners.
- Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, with an ability to distill complex ideas across audiences.
Preferred Requirements
- Familiarity with Web3 ecosystems and programmable finance architectures.
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies or adoption playbooks for emerging technologies.
- Background in management consulting, enterprise transformation, or institutional finance.
- A consultative mindset focused on education, strategic enablement, and solution discovery.
- Experience operating across global markets and regulatory environments.
