As the Ad Strategy & Operations Principal Program Manager, you will drive the growth of Zillow Rentals' advertising business. You’ll operate at the intersection of product, business strategy, and sales, leading cross-functional efforts to increase ad product sales, expand inventory, optimize product-market fit, and deliver measurable business impact. Your work will help shape the long-term vision for multifamily advertising and ensure Zillow remains the leading marketplace for renters to find their next apartment.
You Will Get To
Tackle complex problems to help build the most comprehensive rental marketplace in the country.
Develop business and product recommendations to grow adoption of multifamily ad products, grounded in customer and business needs, market opportunities, and strategic judgment.
Drive end-to-end initiatives that impact the Rentals business’s growth trajectory and strategy.
Design, launch, and test experiments and pilot programs to drive inventory and revenue growth.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish scalable processes that support business growth.
Contribute to the long-term strategy and vision for Multifamily Advertising Products and the marketplace.
Build analytical frameworks to optimize strategic decisions and measure business impact.
5-7 years of experience in Product Strategy or Strategy and Operations roles within technology companies or consulting firms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience building models, defining metrics, and synthesizing data for actionable recommendations.
Experience designing and executing pilots or experiments to drive business growth or product adoption.
Strong strategic judgment and intuition for market opportunities and customer needs.
Exceptional cross-functional collaborator, able to align and influence across product, sales, marketing, and analytics teams.
Able to thrive in ambiguity, drive clarity, and lead complex programs from concept through launch.
Experience in B2B environments preferred; familiarity with real estate, rentals, or advertising products is a plus.
