Essential Functions:• Manage key strategic partnerships and function as a relationship manager with a foundation of technical expertise.• Identify and create product roadmaps and strategic direction. Understand current business climates to anticipate shifts in the business. Establish KPIs for all sites and experiences.• Deliver against planned product roadmap, providing outcomes with a measurable level of impact.• Cultivate partnerships both internally and externally, discover net new products, conduct opportunity validations and technology integrations.• Maintain a broad understanding of how multiple product teams fit together and proactively identify cross-team dependencies.• Lead alignment efforts across the organization and with stakeholders to create a fit with strategic vision and coordinate through execution. Establish credibility with and develop an understanding teams across the organization. Maintain an understanding of how other teams will be impacted by product decisions.• Create materials that help ensure alignment and awareness of product development efforts within core internal groups. Provide clear communication to all stakeholders, understanding multiple aspects of the business, numerous priorities and preferred communication styles.• Edit and provide feedback on product materials to team members. Mentor junior members of the team.• Maintain a presence in the broader Product Management community.• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information systems or related, or equivalent work experience.• 10 years experience in product management, business consulting or related field.• Experience in an agile development environment.
Preferred Qualifications• 12 years experience in product management, business consulting or related field.• Experience in a start-up environment.
