We are on a journey to expand our products, and we are looking for a visionary Principal Product Management to join our dynamic team.
The Principal Product Manager will be responsible for defining and executing cross-organization product strategies that align with WebPT’s business objectives. This role will focus on leading high-impact initiatives, collaborating across the enterprise to ensure successful execution, and lead the future of WebPT’s products. The ideal candidate has deep healthcare technology expertise, a data-driven approach to product management, excellent collaboration and executive facing experience, and a proven track record of driving the development of innovative solutions from ideation to market launch.
What You’ll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for top level initiatives, independently collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals, market needs, and customer expectations.
- Drive and improve the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept to launch and ongoing iteration.
- Form external partnerships which accelerate the strategy of the WebPT platform ecosystem from initiation to post-agreement partnership maintenance.
- Apply deep understanding of workflows, challenges, and opportunities to guide product development for internal and external customers.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive the execution of strategic initiatives, working closely with peer product leaders in a matrixed environment to align priorities, share insights, and ensure cohesive product development.
- Partner across engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality products that solve real-world problems with high impact.
- Drive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
- Develop detailed business case presentations for Executive leadership which are data driven and fiscally grounded, with clear success metrics and use data-driven decision-making to optimize product performance.
- Clearly communicate product vision and strategy effectively to top level executives, stakeholders, and team members.
- Drive education and adoption of a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by championing best practices in product management.
What You Should Have to Qualify
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Proven success in driving product strategy and execution within healthcare technology and/or Fintech.
- Strong understanding of EMR systems, healthcare interoperability, APIs, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements and deliverables.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexibility with a proven track record of organizing and launching cross-enterprise workstreams.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in leveraging data to inform product decisions.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on execution and results.
Ideally, You Would Also Have These
- Experience working with healthcare data exchange standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, EDI, etc.)
- Familiarity with regulatory bodies and compliance requirements (e.g., CMS, ONC, HIPAA).
- Familiarity with AI driven technologies.
- Hands-on experience in developing ecosystem partnerships.
- Strong background in user research and data analytics to drive product decisions.

While job postings offer a pay range as a general reference, the final offer depends on candidate qualifications and experience. Our aim is to provide equitable compensation that recognizes your unique skills and contributions. During interviews, we'll discuss your qualifications and expectations, striving for a competitive and fair offer. The initial hiring range for this position is: $115,000 - $145,000.
