We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to help how brands analyze the performance of their creative—across every visual, text, and design decision—and how those insights are delivered and activated across the digital marketing stack. This is a strategic, high-impact role at the center of Vidmob’s product and partner ecosystem.
This role is based in our Union Square-area NYC office and requires 3 days/week in-office to collaborate with the remaining product team and our business leaders.
What You’ll Do:Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for a key component of Vidmob’s creative analytics and platform integration capabilities
Deeply understand customer challenges around creative effectiveness, performance measurement, and activation—across brand, agency, and platform stakeholders
Drive the development of features and tools that analyze creative data through the lens of advertising performance and link those insights to outcomes across channels and audiences
Partner with engineering and data science using agile methods to ship value iteratively, with a strong command of emerging technologies and technical tradeoffs
Lead technical integrations with DSPs, media platforms, CDPs, and marketing infrastructure—expanding how customers and partners leverage Vidmob’s data and APIs
Serve as Vidmob’s product voice in strategic customer and partner engagements, from C-suite discovery to post-launch optimization
Collaborate with design/UX to ensure products align with user workflows, support decision-making, and reflect our creative brand identity
Consult with marketing, sales, and customer success on go-to-market and growth strategies
Define and track metrics across usage, performance, and business impact—and gather your own data when needed
Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence, and evolve our product strategy to maintain leadership in creative intelligence, as well as represent company in industry events
8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or ad/martech product management, including at least 3 in senior or principal-level roles
Strong domain experience in adtech, martech, or creative measurement—especially working with creative, DSPs, CDPs, audience data, and/or campaign optimization
Proven success across the full product lifecycle—from vision to delivery to iteration
Builder mindset—you see problems through the eyes of the customer and architect solutions that are both technically sound and commercially viable
Sufficient technical fluency to make informed decisions with engineers and data scientists and to evaluate emerging technologies
Familiarity with AI/ML applications for ad/martech
Hands-on analytics capability—comfortable instrumenting features, running SQL or using tools to uncover insights, and making data-informed decisions
Excellent communicator across functions and levels, from engineers to executives to external partners
Customer-first orientation—you translate discovery into action, and can handle feedback with empathy, urgency, and clarity
A calm, positive presence even in complexity—able to drive outcomes without drama
