As a Principal Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Zillow’s consumer rentals marketplace. You’ll drive the vision and execution of AI-powered solutions that redefine how renters discover and secure their next home. Your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, business growth, and the evolution of renting at Zillow.
You Will Get ToDefine and execute product strategy for the rentals marketplace, focusing on AI-driven consumer experiences.
Rapidly prototype and experiment with new product ideas, using user feedback and data to guide decisions.
Champion product excellence by integrating strong fundamentals with innovative AI applications.
Lead and deliver high-impact initiatives, collaborating closely with engineering, design, data science, and business teams.
Mentor and support junior product managers, fostering growth and strong execution.
Use both quantitative and qualitative data to inform product direction and measure success.
Present clear, compelling narratives to align executives and partners on strategy and progress.
Establish and track success metrics that drive audience growth, customer satisfaction, and revenue impact.
10+ years of product management experience, preferably with marketplace or consumer products and AI/ML-driven applications.
Strategic product leader with a proven track record in building consumer products at scale, ideally in marketplaces or search/discovery.
Skilled in designing intuitive, AI-powered consumer experiences.
Experienced in rapid prototyping and validating ideas to accelerate learning.
Data-driven, with expertise in leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights.
Strong communicator and storyteller, able to influence and inspire across all levels.
Demonstrated ability to drive product-market fit for new and transformative products.
Effective collaborator, comfortable aligning stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
Passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI in consumer experiences with creativity and rigor.
