  • Experience collaborating with engineering, data science, finance, legal, and operations teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • An MBA or a Master's degree in a relevant field.

  • A background launching initiatives that created substantial revenue growth (e.g., >$150MM) or significant cost savings would be fantastic!

  • Experience building a new product, platform, or operations team from the ground up.

  • Direct experience with ML-based payments orchestration products that include an A/B testing framework.

  • A history of presenting to executive leadership on market trends and growth opportunities, or helping to manage partnerships with major payment networks like Visa or Mastercard.
